Highlands Community Bank Vice President Sally Gilbert presented David Kleppinger, executive director of the Alleghany Highlands Economic Development Corporation with a donation in support of the work of the EDC. Kleppinger said that the financial support of Highlands Community Bank is evidence of its commitment to the creation of quality jobs and enhancement of the local economy.
