Two businesses will open Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Low Moor, Penny's Diner and Oak Tree Inn. The diner will replace the Bull Pen Restaurant which operated for many years in downtown Clifton Forge. The Oak Tree will officially open Tuesday at 10 a.m. with a ribbon cutting by the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce. The inn and diner will offer accomodations to CSX employees on layovers as well as the general public.
